Because our products are mystery bundles, each order is designed to be a surprise — which means returns are limited, as outlined below.

❗ Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

Your order number
Clear photos of the item

We will happily offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.

🎁 Mystery Bundle Policy

All of our bundles are mystery by design.

This means:

Items are selected at random
Specific products cannot be requested or guaranteed
Each bundle will vary

Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds based on personal preference.

🔁 Returns (If Needed)

We understand that sometimes things don’t work out.

We may accept returns if:

You contact us within 7 days of delivery
Items are unused, unopened, and in original packaging

Once approved, you can return the items to us.

🚚 Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
We recommend using a tracked service

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you
If approved, your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days

🚫 When Returns Are Not Accepted

To keep things fair and hygienic, we cannot accept returns if:

Items have been opened or used
Packaging is damaged or incomplete
The request is made after 7 days
You simply do not like the items received

🎥 Personalised Orders (If Applicable)

Any personalised or custom items (such as video add-ons) are non-refundable once completed.
